Owner ordered to stop short-term rentals
The owner had been advertising the unit, and renting out the unit, for short-term rentals on AirBnB. The Court said that this was a contravention of the Condominium Act and the declaration and rules of the condominium corporation. The Court granted the corporation’s request for a cease-and-desist order.
