The CAT orders condominium corporation to produce orders and emails received from CMRAO and CAO.
The Tribunal held that orders and emails issued by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) or by the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) are records of the condominium corporation (if received by the condominium corporation) and, if they exist, must be provided in response to a proper request for records under the Condominium Act.
