The CAT orders removal of dog

The Tribunal ordered that the owner permanently remove the owner’s dog from the property, for failure to comply with the corporation’s rules requiring that all pets be registered and that dogs be muzzled and under their owner’s control while on the corporation’s common elements.  The Tribunal also ordered the owner to pay costs of $3500 and compensation of $450.
