Tribunal orders removal of cat allowed to roam freely on common elements in contravention of condominium corporation’s rules
A unit owner breached the condominium’s pet provisions by allowing his cat to roam freely on the common elements and to trespass onto the balconies of other unit owners. The unit owner joined the CAT case but did not participate in it. The Tribunal ordered the owner to remove his cat from the premises and to pay costs.
