Owner not in compliance with parking rules
MTCC 1031 sought enforcement of parking rules against the Respondent, who parked an inoperable vehicle in her assigned space and regularly used visitor accessible parking, claiming a need for accommodation of a disability. The Tribunal found that the Respondent was obligated to comply with the parking rules, dismissed her procedural objections, and ruled that she must remove the inoperable vehicle and stop making use of the accessible visitor spot without permission.
