Owner not permitted to park motorcycle. Cat must be kept indoors.
The condominium corporation had a Rule prohibiting the parking of motorcycles on the common elements and in designated parking spaces. The condominium corporation also had a Rule requiring that cats remain indoors. The owner was ordered to comply with both Rules.
