Tribunal orders that dog be removed
The Tribunal ordered that the owner’s dog be removed from the property for the following reasons:
- The dog exceeded the weight limit, for dogs, contained in the corporation’s Rules.
- In accordance with the corporation’s Rules, the Board had determined that the dog was a nuisance because the dog had been allowed to urinate on the common elements, in contravention of the Rules.
