Minor permitted to stay in unit under exception to “no minors” by-law
The condominium corporation had passed a “no minors” by-law, which included certain exceptions.
The Court determined that the owner’s four-year-old daughter fell within the exception permitting a minor to reside in a unit in a case where the occupant of the unit had become the minor’s “primary caregiver due to an unforeseen event”.
