Upstairs owners added as parties

The Applicant complained about noise and vibration from the unit above, “ever since the Upstairs Owners renovated the floor of their unit to install vinyl flooring”.  The condominium corporation asked that the Upstairs Owners be added as parties to the proceeding. The Tribunal agreed that the Upstairs Owners were “directly affected” and granted the order.
