Residents ordered to comply with by-laws and to pay fines
The residents of one of the units were found to be in breach of the strata corporation’s by-laws. Their violations included:
a) Excessive noise
b) Harassment and abuse of other residents
c) Failure to pick up after their dog
d) An intention to make unauthorized modifications to the common elements
e) Failure to provide proof of insurance for a stored vehicle
The owners were ordered to comply with the by-laws. The Court also ordered that they pay fines of $3,400 which had been levied against them by the strata corporation.
