Court of Appeal confirms amendment to declaration
The lower Court granted the condominium corporation’s application to amend certain errors or inconsistencies in the declaration (pursuant to Section 109 of the Condominium Act, 1998). The owner, Nicholson, appealed. The appeal was dismissed and the lower Court’s decision confirmed.
