Court agrees to add parties to Leaky Condo Case
In this case, the Court found that the required tests were met in order to add defendants to the Court Proceeding. The Court said:
“I conclude, having taken into account the explanation for delay, the absence of prejudice to the proposed defendants in the conduct of the litigation, and the connection between the claims as against the present and proposed Van Meran defendants, that it would be just and convenient to join the proposed defendants as defendants in the action.”
