Appeal Court confirms decision of adjudicator that residents were properly accommodated

The condominium corporation had completed a window replacement project.  Some residents in the condominium were acknowledged to have disabilities.  They claimed that the condominium corporation (in carrying out the window replacement project) had failed to accommodate their needs.  They made complaints to the Human Rights Commission. The Commission referred the complaints to an adjudicator.  The adjudicator dismissed the complaints, finding that the residents had been properly accommodated by the condominium corporation.

The residents appealed, and the appeal was dismissed by the Reviewing Judge.

The residents then appealed to the Court of Appeal, and the Court of Appeal again dismissed the appeal.
