Master assesses strata corporation’s reasonable legal costs, fees and disbursements for enforcement of its by-laws
The owner had suffered a traumatic brain injury. The Public Guardian and Trustee had been appointed as committee of his estate under the provisions of the Patients Property Act. The parties agreed that there had been various violations of the corporation’s by-laws and rules (primarily by the owner’s brother and other persons the brother had invited onto the property). The parties also agreed that the corporation was entitled to reasonable legal costs paid by the owner.
