Condominium corporation did not fail to meet its standard of care in relation to garage security

The owner claimed that the condominium corporation should be responsible for vandalism damage to his motor vehicle, due to the corporation’s alleged failure to provide proper security for the garage.   On appeal from the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court held that the corporation had met its standard of care and dismissed the owner’s claim.  The owner sought leave to further appeal; and the Court of Appeal dismissed the owner’s motion for leave.
