Appeal Court confirms that claim for fraudulent conveyance was out of time
The condominium corporation appealed from the lower Court’s refusal of the condominium corporation’s application to add a claim for fraudulent conveyance. (The application had failed on the ground that the limitation period for such a claim had expired.) [See Condo Cases across Canada, Part 28, November 2009]
The appeal was dismissed.
